Calling all HPC (HTC?) know-it-alls

At work we’re looking for a batch processing system that we can either recommend, or preferably bundle with our product. We are looking at some commercial solutions like ActiveBatch, but the price point might be a bit high for our customers.

Our basic requirements are:

• Java accessible API
• Works on Windows
• If OSS, needs to have an acceptable license
• All your normal scheduling features: queues, priorities, etc.

If you have any suggestions (commercial or OSS), let me know.
